Copy TrenchInverse.m and FGN.m to the Mathematica Applications
directory. On many computers this is located:
C:\Program Files\Wolfram Research\Mathematica\5.2\AddOns\Applications

Copy TrenchM.exe and TrenchQFM.exe to where the file Mathematica.exe is located,
typically this is:
C:\Program Files\Wolfram Research\Mathematica\5.2

The Mathematica notebooks TrenchInverse-Documentation.nb and 
FGN-Documentation.nb provide additional examples.
